We are dedicated to
the enjoyment and preservation
of little British Cars!

• Rolls Royce • Morris • Jaguar • Jensen • Aston
Martin • Rover • Bentley • Marcos
• MGs of ALL Makes and Years,
including T Series
Just a reminder that our annual car show “Brits at Cambridge” is rapidly approaching.
Pre-registration cutoff date is September 13 so please send your registration in this week.
Pre-registration is important to any show for several reasons. This helps the club plan various activities and overall show layout. It is also the basis for what classes we will use for this year's show and how many awards to have, so please pre-register if possible.
Speaking of classes, I our "Standard Show Classification" list is included below. We have added two classifications this year. "British-Based Kit Cars" is for any kit car that is based on a British marque or uses a British drive train. "Perfectly Imperfect" is a classification for those cars that might be daily drivers or heirloom hand-me-downs, first cars, or barn finds. The classification is intended for those folks who somehow feel that their old British car is not worthy of "showing" but still drive and cherish their LBC regularly. We are hopeful that this classification will encourage a few more Brit car owners to come out and join us in the enjoyment we all experience at these shows. Those who want to be placed in this classification will just need to write a short story about the car and its ownership. This will be the only "judged" classification. Judging is based partially on the "car" but primarily on the "story".
Please remember that the classes we use each year are based on pre-registration!
We hope to see you all at the Show in October.
